Service Description

Your body already knows how it wants to eat, rest, and assimilate life. It just doesn’t speak in rules or diets. In this one-to-one session, we use kinesiology (energy testing) to listen directly to your body’s intelligence and translate it through the lens of Human Design Primary Health System (PHS). This is not about being told what to eat. It’s about learning how your body digests best — food, information, and energy, so you can make choices that actually support you. What happens in the session Together we: * Gently regulate the nervous system so the body can respond clearly. * Use kinesiology to explore your ideal digestive environment, rhythm, temperature, and pace. * Translate what your body shows into clear, practical PHS awareness. * Identify one small, embodied experiment your body is ready for now. There’s nothing to memorise and no rules to follow — just lived understanding you can feel for yourself. --- This session is for you if: * You feel confused by conflicting food or health advice. * You want to trust your body rather than override it. * You’re curious about Human Design but want an embodied experience, not theory. * You’re ready to experiment gently and observe what actually works for you. * You value subtle, intuitive guidance over prescriptive solutions. --- This session is not for you if: * You want a meal plan, diet, or list of “approved” foods. * You’re looking for a medical diagnosis or treatment. * You want someone else to tell you what to do with your body. * You’re not willing to listen to or experiment with your own bodily feedback. * You prefer rigid rules over curiosity and self-trust --- Important to know This session: * Does not replace medical or nutritional advice * Is experiential and somatic, not mental or analytical * Works best when approached with openness rather than expectation Your body leads.
